Files Converter

Frequently Asked Questions

Our support team answers the following questions nearly every day. We thought they could be useful for you too.

Do you keep a copy of my processed files?

Absolutely not. Your files are only yours. While your files are in our servers, they are strictly secured and no one can access them. We just keep them for a maximum of 2 hours so you can download them. Right after, they are completely removed forever from our servers. You can also delete the document by yourself at the end of each conversion. We will not check, copy or analyze your files in any way.

Are company files safe with your service?

Yes. All uploads use HTTPS/SSL and include end-to-end encryption for further privacy. These additional steps increase security and satisfy most corporate data privacy policies. Put simply, your data is processed as safely as possible. We comply with GDPR.

What are your system requirements?

We have very basic system requirements. To run our tools smoothly, we recommend Chrome, Firefox, Explorer +10, and Safari. If you experience issues within the download screen, we recommend using Incognito mode.

Why did I not receive the confirmation of my email address?

The confirmation email is usually delivered immediately. Sometimes it may take longer. If after 30 minutes nothing appears in your inbox, check your Spam/Trash folder or contact support.

How can I upload my files?

The easiest way is to drag and drop your files straight to our canvas. You can also click on Select files or import from cloud storage systems such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

Can I convert my scanned PDFs to an editable document?

Yes. To convert a scanned PDF into editable formats, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) is required. Our scanned PDF to Office conversion flow supports this use case.

Why does my conversion take so long?

Processing speed depends on multiple factors, including your internet connection, selected file size, and current server load.

Can I work from the cloud?

Yes. Files do not need to be on your current device. You can import from Google Drive or Dropbox, process files, and save them back to cloud storage. This is especially useful on mobile devices and tablets.

What is the maximum file size I can upload?

The allowed size may vary by tool and plan. If a file exceeds the current limit, the interface will show a clear message before conversion starts.

What should I do if a conversion fails?

Try again once, confirm the file format is supported, and check that the file is not password-protected or corrupted. If the issue continues, contact support with the tool name and file type so we can investigate quickly.

Can I use this service on mobile devices?

Yes. The service is designed to work on modern mobile browsers as well as desktop browsers. For large files, a stable Wi-Fi connection is recommended for best performance.
